About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in parenting, anxiety, stress, and chronic illness. I have held academic and medical staff appointments at Rogers Memorial Hospital, Brooke Army Medical Center, and Baylor College of Medicine and have taught medical students, nurses, psychology interns, and medical residents.

I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety disorders, stress, depression, and chronic illness for over 10 years. I am happy to offer services to LGBTQI+, military, and multicultural families.

In my clinical practice, I specialize in behavioral health. It means I have experience in helping people find solutions for a healthier and happier life, particularly:

  • I treat a variety of anxiety disorders and stress-related conditions
  • I help children, teens, and adults with chronic illness, including IBS, IBD, migraines, autoimmune disorders, and chronic pain.
  • I advise parents on finding solutions for managing children’s emotional and behavioral difficulties.
  • I help families solve relationship difficulties.
